We are a dedicated manufacturer, supplier, stockist, and global exporter specializing exclusively in ASME B16.5 flanges — covering every type, material, face finish, and pressure class the industrial world demands.
Operating from Mumbai, India — the heart of India's steel and piping industry — our facility spans a modern production floor equipped with advanced forging machines, precision CNC machining centers, hydro-testing systems, and in-house laboratory testing.
From standard carbon steel Slip On flanges for Class 150# water service, to exotic Nicoflange assemblies in Super Duplex for offshore NORSOK applications — we manufacture to your specification, with full MTRs, third-party inspection reports, and certified documentation.
We manufacture every standard and special flange type recognized under ASME B16.5, B16.47, B16.36, and industry-specific standards. Each type is available across all pressure classes and material grades.
Slides over pipe OD and is fillet-welded inside and outside. Easy to align, economical, suitable for moderate pressure services. Class 150# to 600#, sizes ½″–24″.
Long tapered hub butt-welded to pipe. Superior stress distribution, preferred for high-pressure, high-temp and cyclic service. All classes 150#–2500#.
Solid disc used to seal the end of a pipe, valve, or pressure vessel. Available in all pressure classes with RF, FF, or RTJ face types.
Internally threaded bore screwed onto pipe. No welding required — ideal for low-pressure, non-flammable service and where welding is not permitted.
Pipe is inserted into a socket recess and fillet-welded. Excellent for small-bore high-pressure piping NPS ½″ to 2″, Class 3000# to 9000#.
Used with a stub end (lap joint stub end). Rotates freely allowing bolt-hole alignment. Ideal for frequent disassembly and costly alloy piping (only stub end contacts fluid).
Flat plate with bolt holes and a bore. Similar to a Slip On but without the hub. Used in low-pressure, non-critical applications. Available in custom sizes.
Extended neck functions as a nozzle on pressure vessels, columns, and heat exchangers. ASME B16.5 and custom lengths available. High-pressure / high-temp service.
Pairs of flanges with tapped pressure tap holes for measuring flow via orifice plates. Supplied as a complete assembly with orifice plate, jack screws, and centering ring.
Connects pipes of different diameters within the same flange face. Eliminates need for a separate reducing fitting. Available in concentric and eccentric forms.
Increases bore size at the flanged joint — transitions from a smaller to a larger pipe size, acting as an inline reducer in reverse. Custom manufactured to drawing.
Integrates a Nipolet (branch outlet) with a flange face for flanged branch connections on headers. Reduces weld joints, improves flow, used in high-pressure oil & gas piping.
Combines a Weldolet branch outlet with a flange. Welded directly onto the run pipe to create a self-reinforced flanged branch fitting.
Dual-function device: solid blind disc + open ring spacer joined by a web (figure-8 shape). Rotated in-line to isolate or allow flow — ideal for maintenance and shutdown operations.
Individual components of the spectacle blind: Spade (solid blind paddle) and Spacer (open ring). Used separately for larger bore sizes where a combined spectacle is too heavy.
Hub and flange ring are separate — flange ring rotates freely around hub for precise bolt-hole alignment in subsea, offshore, and remote installation environments.
High-integrity compact flanges per NORSOK L-005. Smaller, lighter than ASME equivalents — designed for offshore/subsea where space and weight are critical. RTJ-style metal seal.
Flanges NPS 26″ to 60″ per ASME B16.47 Series A (MSS SP-44) and Series B (API 605). Used in large-bore pipelines, tanks, pressure vessels, and industrial plants.
Custom forged and precision CNC-machined flanges to customer drawings. Available in any shape, size, and material — from standard carbon steel to exotic nickel alloys.
Blind flanges with elevated hubs for additional reinforcement in high-pressure applications. Used where extra wall thickness and face-to-face dimensions exceed standard B16.5.
Square-body flanges for hydraulic systems and JIS B2291 standard applications. Common in hydraulic power units, industrial presses, and Japanese standard piping.
Elliptical or oval-shaped flanges manufactured to special drawings for unique equipment connections, heat exchangers, and non-standard industrial applications.
Two-piece flanges that clamp around pipe OD for retrofitting without disassembly of the line. Used for hydraulic piping repairs and line additions.
Ultra-high vacuum (UHV) flanges for laboratory, semiconductor, and scientific equipment. KF (NW), CF (ConFlat), ISO-K and ISO-F types with knife-edge metal seals.
Electrically isolating flange assemblies with non-conductive gaskets, sleeves, and washers for cathodic protection of buried or submerged pipelines. Full kits supplied.
Backing flange used with Stub Ends (Lap Joint Stub Ends) per ASME B16.9. Loose ring rotates for bolt-hole alignment. Economical for corrosion-resistant alloy piping.
Fully custom flanges machined to customer-supplied 2D/3D drawings or specifications. Any material, any dimension, any face finish — DXF, DWG, PDF drawing accepted.
The face type determines gasket compatibility and sealing performance. We supply all standard ASME facing types plus special custom designs.
Most common ASME face type. A raised circular area around the bore where the gasket sits. Works with flat, spiral wound, and ring gaskets. Suitable for most industrial applications.
Entire flange face is flat. Required when mating with cast iron or non-metallic flanges to prevent face cracking under bolt load. Uses full-face gaskets spanning all bolt holes.
Machined groove accepts oval or octagonal metal ring gaskets. Creates high-integrity metal-to-metal seal for high-pressure, high-temperature services. Preferred in refineries and HPHT.
One flange has a raised male face, the matching flange has a recessed female face. Gasket is confined and self-centering. Used in pumps, compressors, and lined equipment.
Tongue projects into a matching groove on the mating flange, fully confining the gasket. Provides excellent sealing and gasket location control. Available in large and small variants.
Recessed bore area for specific gasket configurations in heat exchangers and shell-and-tube applications.
Machined groove accommodates O-ring seals for gas-tight applications requiring elastomeric sealing.
Circumferential grooves machined on pipe ends for Victaulic-style mechanical coupling systems.
PTFE, rubber, or other lining applied to the flange face for chemical resistance and electrical isolation.
Stock finish — concentric or spiral grooves machined at 125–250 AARH. Provides positive grip on soft gaskets. Default finish per ASME B16.5.
Finish ≤63 AARH. Required for ring joint grooves, metallic gaskets, and special applications where precision contact is critical.
125–250 AARH machined finish for standard industrial flanges. Provides proper gasket seating without excessive surface roughness.
ASME B16.5 flanges are available in a comprehensive range of ASTM/ASME certified material grades to suit every process condition — from ambient temperature water service to extreme sour/offshore environments.
